Quiet your mind


One way to master your mind is to quiet your mind. Many great people throughout history, all the way to the present use meditation on a daily basis. Meditation is powerful; it quiets the mind, helps you to control your thoughts and revitalizes the body. Meditation is something we all should master. When you quiet you mind you and source energy are stronger together. Even if you only meditate for a few minutes a day it can be incredible. The more you meditate the better you become at controling your thoughts. We all have this ability, power. The more you sue it the better you get and the more you draw to you. After time, as with all things we do, you will reach a point where you will not need to practice. You will be that which you want. You will be wisdom, joy, love, and perfection.
