Stress The Thought

How many people do you know that are stressed? Is it a few, or a few thousand, perhaps its you. There are so many people that get stressed and some of the stuff is so ( for lack of a better word) stupid, why worry about things that you feel you can’t change. I know several people are going to say you don’t get it and you don’t understand, and so on. I made a choice to not let it get to me, Know I’m not saying that some times it gets to me a bit, I’m saying I see it more know so I can choose to not let it attack and bring me were I don’t want to be. When I see it and my anger increases, as well as blood pressure I take a second and say hold on wait what do I want, then I’ll add I love you and thank you, or just keep saying I love you. Ok I’m not saying it always works for me but most of it and if I can eliminate the great percentage then I’ll have gained more of the life style I want. The thing oabout stress is we let the Thought go to emotion then grow to a feeling and let it go unchecked. From there we have let lose a monster that grows to our beast we call stress. Why do we get stress, because we let it grow. We choose to let it be. We asked for it, if we ask for it through feeling then we get that in return it just builds. I know people say well if I always feel love how come I don’t get all the time. Wee We have millions of thought a day and we don’t check them all so it will take time, The word time is best because we relate to it better, but I don’t feel it is right, I would say you know or feel it, more of an inner piece. Stress comes from negative thinking and it is created by that feeling of lack, hate, all the negative, I think we all get were I’m going with the negative. It’s like a compounding effect left unchecked it will ultimately do more damage then good. Science has even shown how stress can cause problems in the body, Free radicals in the system have been linked to heart problems, cancer, a great number of things. It is amazing how we treat our selves on a daily basis, the damage we cause more so the younger we are, The superman complex! When stress shows its ugly face think of madusa look away unless you want to turn to stone. Take a pause for you, for life, for the ones you love. We could all use a little less in our lives.
